What you are buying
A one-time purchase entitles you to one full report for one profile and one goal. A subscription entitles you to a set number of full reports in each billing period.
A report you have already generated stays available to you whether or not you keep a subscription, subject to our retention policy.
What we promise
The report is our analysis and our recommendations. It is advice about wording, not a guarantee of any outcome: we cannot promise you a job, a client, or a result of any kind.
If our systems fail to deliver a report you paid for, tell us and we will either produce it or refund it.
What we ask
Check profiles you own or have permission to check.
Do not resell the reports as your own product.
